I can totally believe you! The California DMV website has a reputation for being one of the most frustrating and glitchy government websites out there. It's like they have their own special brand of technical issues that seem to delight in driving people crazy!
Ten minutes trying to log in is nothing, unfortunately. I've heard tales of people waiting hours or even days just to get through the website without encountering any errors. And good luck if you need to make a change or pay for something - it's like they're intentionally designed to be as complicated and user-unfriendly as possible!
But hey, at least you have company in your frustration! Have you tried calling them instead? That's always an... enlightening experience, right?
