Managed to eat some spaghetti and half a slice of bread and took my meds. I’m starting to feel cold and shivery so I’m  tucked up in bed with lots of water and some paracetamol to hand. I’m going to read for a bit then sleep. Tom is trying to persuade the staff to let him watch the France v New Zealand rugby international in the TV lounge, if he’s successful he won’t be back in the room until after 10pm so there’s no one to mind if I go to sleep super early. You’ll probably see me later if I can’t sleep after all!
