Having a climate discussion on nostr is like subjecting your brain to slow melting 🫠 Not worth it.
Slow melting like the icebergs 😂
Well I for one appreciated your participation in my thread about it. :)
Oh noes why? We've got such a great forum here, why not use it to sort out some of the more controversial things.
Because people feel the need to be correct and will try to defend their opinions at all costs instead of considering all the information.
Or expose people for their poor behavior. This missus here for example. Prefacing statements with "I'm not a climate scientist, but ..." promotes an idea of "ignorance is strength". And "I find the omission interesting" is implying criticism instead of expressing it to allow backtracking later. nostr:nevent1qqsgc8kk5z8ayywfvzjemlrvzyq8fv0wa49vdvg6y83xuvq5vky5wsgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsyg82krn4d5etsz7dge8nmpztspqrqvr45yl2hs6enfmzexk84wglfupsgqqqqqqsxxd222
I will only have that conversation in-person, with geologists & usually I just end up asking a bunch of questions. 😅
Record coral growth on Great Barrier Reef again this year....msm crickets
Pssst it's a scam, like everything from big government in clown world
Was going to ask about trees. Decided to follow your advice 🤣😅💯
Please stay optimistic. It is important, that people who try to argue with scientific proof keep playing part in the discussions. Lies only win as long as noone proofs they are wrong. The people who want to understand matter!
