@f23362a3 I've helped deal with 2 Priority 1 issues, 2 Priority 2 and kept several customers updated on their issues. One distributed 15 tickets around the team and still found the time for 4 fresh espresso. I've also nearly insulted a team by chatting in the wrong channel on teams.
