Ok, then, why not stop what obviously is antagonistic to us, and start seeing how we operate. 

We are, and for great reason, pro gatekeeping. We are not fond of twitter nor 4chan, thus we will mock anyone trying to bring that culture in. You may disagree, but take a week and learn the culture
