I am mentioning this because IMO it is important that W3C Community Groups are clearly and explicitly identified as not formal, not endorsed, not standards track. Otherwise, you get overlay vendors continuing to try to cash in on the good name of W3C for their Overlay Community Group (renamed to ‘Accessibility at the Edge’ because apparently they are stuck in 1992).
