i have 2 todo lists.
todo, and compdo.
todo is everything real world, compdo is everything digital.
i keep them separate for the purposes of narrow focus
next on todo, gravel, firewood.
next on compdo, rsync mail delivery, @ben's proxy relay.
My lists are do it now and do it eventually... Lol
Not a bad idea. The real-world todos (usually more important) often get overrun by the never-ending complexity of the digital world.
im sure some people can do it, but im a sucker for digital rabbit holes.
i need focus. and rather than “dont do that”, i find “dont do that yet” keep me on track.
I have a ton of home improvement todos that keep getting in front of my Nostr project compdos 😅
i get it.
ive been working on this ALOT.
balance, keeping motivated, knowing when to rest and when to push… process. 🤷❤️
let me know if you run into any issues, I’ve been connecting to nostr through my instance exclusively for many months. there are a few improvements I plan to make soon ™️:
- support sqlite instead of only lmdb for storing notes. the latter can be annoying as it may require c libs not on openbsd
- configuration options to only store specific kinds
- support proxying AUTH from upstream relays
