 Top 3 easily
We just started at episode IV and working through in this direction.
We just learned that Darth Vader is Luke’s Father 🤯
 This is the way

Have you heard of hatchet order? Suggests following 5 with 1, 2 & 3 before 6 (even argues for dropping 1 entirely)
Never heard of this 🤔 I have no problem dropping 1. It was the worst of them all
In the order I mentioned, you start with Luke, preserve the surprise about his fatherhood, then get an extended flashback to explain how Anakin fell to the dark side, before a movie about Luke’s redemption of him. You actually travel the full journey and the finale becomes more poignant.

Then I’d argue you can watch Last Jedi and Rogue One by themselves as standalones and pretend none of the others ever happened
