Borderless world - yes. But my farm is always gonna have borders, and I will always shoot the trespassers. If my farm borders with the neighbour, and he also has borders, well there will be a larger piece of bordered land. But there will also be inused land and roads. Those wull be free to anyone. 
But we cannot flip to that end state right now. We need an orderly transition. Individuals need to learn to protect themselves, the wrong incentives must be removed. And while we are getting there, we do not want idiots, thugs, and anybody unverified being scattered randomly all over our farms.
