 If you have multiple instances of the same lighting node running, things break. We do our best to prevent you from doing this but it's not perfect. 
 I had an instance where I stopped my node and clicked refresh channels and it force closed my channels. Now I know, but a warning would have prevented me from doing this. 
 Thanks for the reply. My phone app was continually showing the lightning channel as offline, so I decided to load the wallet on my laptop browser (after closing the app). The browser showed my channel was closed. I also think it would be useful (sorry for the unsolicited feedback) to show the txid - so I can monitor when my onchain funds are cleared. Cheers! 
 If you click on the channel close it should tell you the reasons, sounds like something else rather than the multi device stuff 
 To be fair, I attempted to stop the node via the app, but the app never responded to it. However, those attempts were several days ago, I did not enter the admin page at all before the channel was nuked. 
 ChannelManager read from disk was stale compared to ChannelMonitor(s)
