I believe that may be literally impossible.
As living creature you’re entirety is wired to judge every bit of data that is fed into your senses and you have to determine the value and usefulness of that data, hence we must have an opinion about everything.

It’s a matter of self preservation and survival.

You might as well tell a fish not to swim.

You're talking about something else. Our heuristic-based processing model is there to keep us alive.

That's different than having opinions on things. Your opinion about whether a tiger is a danger to you in the jungle doesn't matter. It just is or isn't something that will kill you.

I'm talking about having opinions that you spend mental time and energy on. Opinions that turn into values that turn into actions. You can absolutely cultivate these and knowingly decide what to spend time and focus on.
🤔 . For example if someone if depressed and suicidal their opinion wether life is worth living may influence the their reaction to the tiger trying to kill them.

What is heuristic if not problem solving? What is problem solving if not factors and variables (that require judgments and opinions to determine their level of import ) calculated to determine potential outcomes?

The problem also needs to be identified as a problem which also requires judgment and opinion.

These opinions will grow and change over time as the environment changes and are factored in when needed to make decisions on how to move forward in the world.

It’s one of these situations I think:
