It could be: 

fashion seasons, music show posters, things you sell, things you saw, your online shop, your personal photo gallery, your birthday wishlist of products, your fav books etc

With it not being permanent it can always be something new.

Also add photo to any note, add it to media and the photo will link back to the note like a visual bookmark

 I had a silly app idea once called "need feed"

post things you saw out shopping that you wanted and your friends and family would know what you wanted and where to get it. 

answered the " i don't know what to buy them for birthday, christmas etc" question
