I adopt the pejorative use of the term "neoliberalism" when discussing Western governments / economies - particularly the U.S., Canada, U.K. ... 

For the U.S. particularly I associate "neoliberalism" with the drive by organizations (World Economic Forum; Cato Institute ...), persons (Charles Koch) to defund government, reduce government regulation, advocate legal personship (e.g. freedom of speech applied to corporations: McConnell / SCOTUS / Citizens United / ...).

They all self-identify as "libertarian," cloaking their neoliberal ideology espoused in this addendum.

Moreover - regarding the U.S. / increasingly Canada - I equate "neoliberalism" with the neofascism agendae / policies of the Republican Party.
