Are relays blocking multiple connections per IP?

Because now with Pokey, there will always be two connections, one from Pokey and another for the client in use.
I would hope not. I have like 5 clients always going between desktop and mobile 😂
This would mean that multiple people in the same network wouldn't be able to connect to that relay.
none of mine bans based on multiple connections. there is no such setting in strfry as far as I know. the write policy does not see connection count at all.
That would be really bad practice. From an ipv4 perspective i most of the time already have 2 connections open from a phone client and desktop client.

it would also severely hamper any client trying to make life a bit faster by doing async GET calls.
This would be the same problem when more than 1 person use the same exit node from Tor in Amethyst, or miss I something? I had never an issue with tor and Amethyst, so it should work.
 I don't remember 🤣
