Respectfully, all entities are regulated.  The constraint of being is to have an extent which ends where your being terminates. We arae all regulated by the beginning of another thing - the boundary between yourself and the other.    If you want to diffuse homoegeonously throughtout the universe you might find some relief to your regulation there.  I have gone insane.
