Thanks, this is a short form test but it confirms that the soonest anyone (human) saw a post made on Nostr.  was 3 hours.   

This is also the second post, as the first post did not propagate through enough relays.  this tells me that the relays sync protocols requires some  solutioning and scaling.  I think we're dealing with traffic-vs-resource situation.
