 It's kinda like a giant cinnamon roll made into a ring shape made a baby with a donut, so the texture is totes flaky but also soft. And I like to get mine "stuffed" so it's got extra flavors. My favorite are strawberry and cream cheese or blueberry and creamcheese. But we also have some that are savory and filled with boudin. (Boudin, for those that don't know, is basically a rice sausage with pork.) And now I'm hungry in Cajun.
