I'm so into Nostr right now, I forgot I had a full can of bubble water twice. These were all full five minutes ago. Pounded one after pulling clothes out of the laundry. Also I have tea. Anyways, my head is somewhere else tonight. Night, xo

I feel that struggle. I bought a case of grape bubble water and had four cans in a couple of hours lol
I miss my bubble waters. I was getting headaches a few times per week. Stopped the seltzer water and they went away. Weirdest thing
 Hmmm interesting. That's very interesting.
 Are you suffering from headaches?
No but I have a weird skin rash developing on my face so maybe I get different reactions
Interesting. I should add that I switched to an animal based diet around the same time and stopped eating grains, seeds, and veggies. But the headaches were very inline with the seltzers. My lifelong psoriasis went away after about 1 month on the diet.
I have been doing keto/carnivore for a few months, just had a bunch of off weeks, and I now developed a major dry skin ring around my left eye. I know my body is in shock from the excess of the sugars and whatnot. I am wondering if the bubble water was adding to the dryness in that area.
It’s wild to me how strong the correlation of diet to skin and health can be.
If you drink and bathe in treated city water, I would also suggest taking it to a test facility to see what is in the water. Fluoride and chlorine cause lots of skin, hair, and health problems.
i bet chlorine is huge factor here!
