BTC Blockchain is publicly visible. You can see every transaction ever made. But there are methods to make it more private with certain opsec methods but in general for you to be able answering the question next time. Bitcoin blovkchain is a public ledger and thats why governments are so afraid to use it but they really like to watch the glow of transactions.

Bitcoin Blockchain being a public ledger doesn't mean everyone will know thatyou personally made a transaction but we will see that someone made a transactuon with someone.

That's why there's a rule of thumb using different bitcoin address for every transaction. Modern Bitcoin wallets makes this automatically and you don't need to worry about the addresses rotations.

If you wanna see how that looks, there's an online tool mempool.space where you can see what has been written on the bitcoin Blockchain.

There is a lightning network which is like a sidechain of the Bitcoin Blockchain where transactuons can be more private.
The lightning network we here on nostr are using when we zap ⚡ each other.
