JOHN DOE and JANE DOE to be identified in individual and official capacity; 1-1000 JURISDICTION This court has jurisdiction: 1) as the amount in controversy, without interest and costs, exceeds the sum or value specified by 28 USC §1332(a)(2), 2) under Diversity as the Plaintiff is foreign to the United States and all Defendants are office holders/agents for and within the United States, its states and territories, 3) Constitutional Question; involuntary servitude (13th Amendment US Constitution) and United States Citizenship (14th Amendment US Constitution), 4) violations of United States Code Sections: 33 U.S.C. §931(a)(1) Misrepresentation, 18 USC §911 False Claim of United States Citizenship, 12 USC §95a(2) Indemnity from Prosecution, and others. FIRST CLAIM FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff having declared true status and true name by Natural Right: has removed consent to contract with the United States public corporation, its agents (Defendants) as declared (see: Document List - documentary evidence herein submitted.). Upon declaration, Plaintiff has directed correction of all administrative records to reflect the true status and true name of the Plaintiff from each Defendant in their official and personal capacity as office holders. 2. Plaintiff has sent notices and declarations in good faith and best effort to each Defendant and has asked for assistance in correction of any mistake to comply with any rules, regulations or policy for acceptance of the declared status and correction of existing records. 3. Defendants as office holders, principles and agents of a City, County, State and United States entities have a duty to correct the records in their respective jurisdictions to reflect true names and status of parties as declared. 4. Defendants have continued with knowledge and willful intent to misrepresent the true status and true name of the Plaintiff as a United States Person/Citizen, thereby causing ongoing harm, trespass, and loss of liberty, in not timely correcting the records as wished for. 5. Defendants without honor, together in universal silence in what appears to be conspiracy, using color of law and brute force against Law, Statutes, Codes and moral duty are benefiting from the misrepresentation of the true status and true name of the Plaintiff and have shown no intent to comply with law; amounting to involuntary servitude in forcing entry into and compliance of unconscionable contracts. 6. Plaintiff on several occasions in adhering to his true status and true name has been detained, arrested, threatened, placed in duress and multiple attempts of coercion (torture), imprisoned: to violate Law of Nature, International law and other stated policy of the United States. This accusation is evidenced by court records including court documents submitted by the Plaintiff of actions in Arapahoe and El Paso County, Colorado over the last five years. REQUEST FOR RELIEF Plaintiff requests the following relief: 1. Written Declaration of the Court as to the status of the Plaintiff as declared in Documents 1-18 attached. 2. Written Order of the Court to Defendants to correct all records within their respective jurisdictions (as declared in Documents 1-18 attached) and make written proof of same as well as to assist Plaintiff in making changes to records generated from internal systems information for same. 3. Written Order of the Court to Defendants to give Free Passage and Safe Harbor within their respective jurisdictions (as declared in Documents 1-18 attached) and make written proof of same. 4. For each violation of Code, Statute, International Law, Treaty, Constitutional Amendment found and adjudicated to be assessed at $10,000 per occurrence per Defendant as recompense. 5.
