I've tried to go to Chile four fkn times, it never worked. last time, in 2021, my then gf ended up going alone cuz I had no vaxx passport and met a German dude in Atacama. they're married now. Porto is awesome. lotsa frens living there, but something tells me Europe is soon to be as fucked up as Brazil.
