 @b870d4c8 true but in the case of the 15 minute city I fail to see how it "threatens powerful groups". Maybe I am missing some analysis. I feel it is more a way for conservatives to round up their base against something because otherwise they have nothing to offer and nothing left to go against that can gather sufficient support and not divide them internally.
