 @bade302b I gave up on such apps. They don't help at all, and at the worst, they will even make you feel worse about not sleeping because they point that problem out so clearly. 
 @a74d0fe0 I tend to agree. The app isn't accurate really, and I don't know how it identifies light versus deep sleep, but if I've had a bad night (I think) I check to verify it.
