How are these being generated? 

 I think they get sent for any event that contains your pubkey in the tags for the event 

 They gettin’ crafty. 

 I’m seeing posts of people I unfollowed a while ago 

 This is the third time it happened, not complaining just letting ya’ll know 

 We check mute lists, but they get cached for 5 mins i think 

 I just changed my setting only send push notifications from people I know. That should solve the problem.
