@a1fc7317 I listened to your Ologies episode!  It was so informative, thank you!  Also, I grew up around carob trees and we always called them "stink beans" and I never once thought to try eating one.  Now I live in a place where they totally cannot grow so I'm a little sad I learned about how awesomely edible they are like 35 years too late.
