Interesting but that would only work if all large employers colluded to mandate it at the same time. Not only in SF but nationally in those WFH industries. I’ve heard many anecdotes of employers forced to give in to employees who threaten to quit when asked because they know they can get WFH jobs elsewhere. 

 I got a feeling a lot of the massive corps are going to start to force people back to the office starting in 2025. As the labor market deteriorates the employees are going have less leverage in these discussions. We shall see
