You don't publish your article on Nietzsche in the same place(s) as your Meme on Zapping Vitors Nips.

If there is such a "same place", it's your personal relay. 

For most other pieces of content you publish it in an appropriate set of publication houses (i.e. relays). 

 Even these posts I wish I could target to communities that would fit their content, instead of just blasting it out there.
