 She was always a fitness freak and vegetarian advocate, but the (if this was recently) the 52 year old princess is not happy about her second extreme DUI. 

As to the nose and facial-skeletal features (in this picture convincingly cosplaying as Skeletor in drag)...
 that is owed to the accident that led to broken teeth and the subsequent serious infection in the jaw and skull. Most noticable in the nose.

 Interesting. She looks nothing like a fitness freak in her wedding photos. Is the body building more recent.

And the broken teeth/jaw infection causing complete necrosis of her nose is a total bs story to cover the botched cosmetic surgery or a severe cocaine habit. No one of means would ever have a dental infection that caused complete loss of her nasal tip.

Skeletor in drag is spot on lol. She is definitely my sleep paralysis demon.
