Anonymous in what way? It would definitely make sense to have more relays in Brazil but I’m not sure if they could be scrutinized more easily. Maybe accessing international relays would be safer.
Paid and set up with no real data. Of course if anyone want to use their ID and card for stuff like that I won’t stop anyone painting a target on their own back :-/
Yeah. It’s usually hard to run an internet connected server (plus domain name) completely anonymously but some will figure it out.
Oh, and this makes it soooo obvious that Nostr also need completely ephemeral relays too
