Havent played it in like 20 years  

 I was excited to get it for my kids but dang either I don't understand it or it sucks 

 I'm a big tabletop gamer as well, I like a good card game.  

 Do the kids like it at least? 

 It's pretty simplistic. 

I'm a bigger fan of Magic the Gathering.  

 #MTG is such a great game 

 Magic is the most complete TCG I've ever played, been playing it for years now 

 I love the commander format.  And the people that #MTG play are generally awesome. 

 also adore commander, but pauper is my turf 

 I picked it up in middle school and I've been playing it ever since. 😅 

 I wish I had saved some unopened blister packs from those days.  Still have some good cards from back then tho.

 Legend of the five rings used to be pretty good and it wasn't overly complicated but now  it's been bought and resold so many times that the game has gone to shit and it's actually no longer a trading card game.

 i just started getting into MTG, just doing starter deck duels. i have no cards lol. 

 Super super boring, my daughter played 2 games with me thats all. Hopefully they just collect the cards 

 too much coin flipping IMO. There's some fun strategies, but nothing like the state-action space in Magic the Gathering 

 Flesh and Blood is super interesting. Relatively new TCG from New Zealand. Completely different than energy/mana/creature based TCGs. I haven't played much but it's on my list to deep dive into at some point

 Yu-Gi-Oh is so much better. 

 Try loading up the old Gameboy Color ROM and see! I remember it being fun.
