 Leg days are painful, but weirdly satisfying for some reason. I always do them on Saturdays tho. 
 True. I try to do them Mon (full) and Thu (deloading) -- this works best for me at my age. Upper Tue & Fri, row Wed and Sat. I usually miss a day or two for family stuff (youth group, sports, church meetings).
