Before I graduated, the rock star said I was qualified to teach. Then the year I graduated, he himself took a job at every institution in the area.

And then he stopped communicating about working with him at all.

So he burned a bridge and took all the jobs I was looking at, and knowing he was up for them I would've never been hired anyway.
