 You have two type of buyers, the speculators (majority) that want to make money and use it as a store of vakue until they need to spent it and the HOLDERS for life that use it as a store of value and believe it will change the world as we know it under the slogan "fix the money, fix the world"

If you just want to make money with it:
Open an account in Coinbase Sweden or Kraken as you will do with any bank of stock broker. Send a wire transfer and buy Bitcoin once the funds are received.

Once it reaches the desired target price, sell it and withdraw your fiat.

If you want to to hold it long term and spend it when need it to buy goods and services that accept Bitcoin;
Since you are not technicality savvy, use the same process above to buy and withdraw few hundred dollars to a wallet in your mobile that has LN⚡, lighting network. Being non tech savvy yiubwill prefer a custodial one, Wallet of Satoshi is a good option.

Many people buys gift cards with Bitrefill, there are more options. Not sure if in Sweden you have strike.me , if you do, that would be all you need

Last but not least, even easier for you will be to get a Coinbase paid card, sell few hundred dollars of Bifcoi  when needed and spend it using the debit card.
