 we should probably put the word instead of just Notes ? like we do with hashtag 

 Something like that. Or just get rid of the magnifying glass so its clear that it takes you to notes with that hashtag

 Why is a list of users the focus of the search results anyway rather than the notes or hashtag? Maybe too much to say it should be configurable but id like to see it like this:

 What's the filter button to the right of the search textbox do? 

 It is to filter results by relays. So you can disabled some relays when you’re about or searching for something.
