Every freelancer or merchant should have a BTCPay Server instance running. This is so cool guys, you have no idea. Issue invoice, receive Sats ... then swap or transfer to your own wallet. Spend some of it, save a part. Who needs PayPal, Stripe or banks in 2024? #LivingTheBitcoinStandard
Something I really want to dive deeper into.
Yes, it's worth it. Especially if you have clients who are willing to pay you in Bitcoin.
I don't currently (haven't really been paying too much attention to crypto for a couple of years, until recently again). But something definitely worth exploring. Not sure how the market looks like when it comes to the amount of people willing to pay in Bitcoin though. Besides getting paid in Bitcoin, also exploring what else can be done with crypto. What opportunities or problems can be solved with smart contracts or NFT (not talking about selling jpgs, but more the technical solution to digital ownership) for example. I love what's happening with Nostr and Zaps. Definitely a potential "killer app" that might bring it more to the mainstream.
Yes, but still struggles with a lot of UX problems to become mainstream.
