By TV I meant mass media. If it's not showing up on some kind of widely accepted media channel then it doesn't exist.

Ehhh, "talented" seems like the wrong word here, "despotic" might be more accurate. It was the soviet union of the iron age. No one really liked it, but anyone with the guts to actually stand up against it was either crushed or bought off with power.
Talented. Most of those despots were corrupt Nero types by that point, but a few of those despots like Aurealis actually did some good. It just always went back to the corrupt officials. It always does.
