I disagree. Be arrogant enough to share your beliefs with those who would challenge them, without any consideration that those challenges might be cutting. Be arrogant enough to listen to people's perspectives, without consideration that those perspectives might make your own look dumb. I prefer an arrogant idiot to a humble genius.
