I have found tying pushups to something I typically do, either before or after the activity, is helpful in my commitment to get it done. 

Also I create a Note to track because I typically lose track of how many sets I have done without noting it. 

 
 Appreciate it. I am insanely self motivated once I get going but this is great to see.
