 The simplest answer is, your feed will remain active, and Nostr also follows (sometimes) 'web of trust' model. The stronger you make it, the better and more relevant experience you'll get.

I would change "follow new users" for "follow interesting users", right?  Nothing against newbs, I wanna make nostr strong. But since there's no algorithm, chronologically going through uninteresting content doesn't sound like a great experience.
