 Having never worked in a kitchen or the restaurant industry I was not sure I would be able to connect with this book. I was totally wrong. The insider lingo and way of life of the Chef reminds me of working in health care where we have our own lingo and pecking order that would seem strange to an outsider. Highly recommend!
