Although I have no problem believing that tech dudes leveraged the status of  vulnerable a community [nonbinary] to gain access to an hiring opportunity not meant for them…please know that the reason this happened at all is due to Grace Hoopers years of performative DEI efforts that routinely marginalized the already marginalized

It’s long overdue on pulling the plug on this failed “experiment” that enable “corporate America” to “buy” into DEI without doing any of the work of reducing harm
