Seems like the biggest lift of an app like that is the content. Need to write up the various food plans and different combinations based on what the user could select as inputs. 

If you want to make this a reality, start working on those and publish them online. That makes it much easier for a dev to understand and code up. 

 Could be as simple as posting plans here on Nostr even.
