I understand your concerns. My hope was a diverse community would emerge sooner than later & I joined for similar reasons— but now all my notes are at the mercy of relays anyway! I’ve seen people create new npubs to check things out in ZBD. I think it’s fun to explore the protocol & maybe devs can make it possible to secure keys in ways that will satisfy the concerns you mentioned— security, choice & the autonomy that is very important to the Bitcoin community. 

 Only future will tell ! 💜🫂 I feel like we are just talking about the negative here 😂 on a more positive note, the community here is amazing and open to discussion always !
