i dont know what it is, but i swear fire heat is different. i would think heat is heat. but the textures and flavors are always better when i use cast iron on a woodstove. 🤷 

 my only mistake is looking at your food posts after I workout and when I'm ready to sleep ... 

fires up all my hunger 😂 

 when that hits me i raw cacao in hot water with stevia. but that doesn’t help with the whole sleeping thing much 😬
