For now, what I've implemented in Nosflare 😀 is it hashes 🎉 every 😀 note sent to it. And this can be fine-tuned down 🎉 to the hash of a 💯 single word. So, for example, as I've 🤔 done 😀 with the wss://relay.nosflare.com relay it only allows 🤔 the same thing once. If someone else writes a note 💯 that 👍 just says "GM" they'll be the only ones who can publish a 😀 note 🎉 with 😀 just "GM" that day. 🔥 But as this is 😂 configurable, it can help at least stop spam that 😂 blasts the same thing 😂 over and over 🔥 again. 🌈 Of course, it can be evaded 🤔 should they iterate those notes incrementally with something that makes 🤔 the content unique 👍 each time.
