Aluminum products maker Novelis makes US IPO filing public

Novelis, an aluminum products maker owned by Indian conglomerate Aditya Birla Group's Hindalco Industries, has made its filing for a US IPO public. The company is seeking to complete the IPO as early as early June and will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol 'NVL'. BofA Securities and Citigroup Global Markets are the lead underwriters for the offering. In fiscal 2024, Novelis reported revenue of $16.21 billion and net income of $600 million.
