Tremaine Carroll claimed he was "no threat" to incarcerated women when he sued (with support from the ACLU) for the right to stay housed in a California women's prison based on his claimed "gender identity." 

Now, he is charged with two counts of rape for raping women who were forced to live with him in prison. 

If that wasn't bad enough, the state of California now admits that at least one woman begame pregnant in custody while he and other sex offenders were housed in their women's prisons.
