what is the name of the type of suit that sorta looks like a penguin, and is generally considered quite elite and formal
usually has a funny white flat front piece under the jacket and white cuffs and i think often worn with white shoes or white and black shoes
to me, there is a certain kind of cat breed that has markings that are much like this, white chest, often white around the throat or patches on the face, and especially front paws white and often rear paws also white... the damn name of this type of suit is on the tip of my tongue, i will probably remember it tonight
