Gm franny! What's up for today
Depending on the weather I’m trying to get some more things done in my garden, like planting sunflowers! 😁 Lately I’m collecting different fresh herbs everyday to make tea. It’s a wonderful little evening ritual ✨🙏🏼 My favorites are sage, lemonbalm and pine! I also want to collect some rosemary, to make rosemary water for hair care. 🪮🌿 For the whole week I was home past 9pm, today I want to be home earlier :D

Do you grow garlic?

What kind of soil would you say is best? So, just a little insight into my gardening conditions. My terrace is indoor but with a lot of sun exposure... if I'm lucky. London... 🤷♂️😅.
I would just take some quality garden soil and mix it with compost, or worm compost (is pretty nice). It makes your soil more alive and nourishing, before you fertilize it with fertilizer. The best time to plant the garlic cloves may be in fall, they like a cold period to grow better. But you could just plant them now and wait a year or probably more. I did that last year, and after a full year of being in the ground, the garlic *almost* started to look like a full bulb, but it would still need some more time. I separated the cloves and planted them again, the other two I will leave them until fall😁

Good morning 🌞 I love chickpeas...as Hummus or in a nice stew with curry or harissa and rice...😋 yummy. As I'm on a raw journey I'm only consuming legumes as sprouts :) Which is also so good. Hope you enjoyed your dinner! Have a great day 💚🫂
