it's a funny thing too... in my work, also, there is a sense of "this may not be big money in the short term but it matters in the long term", and i spend a lot of mental energy on trying to find ways to make that medium term adequate, that's why i rant so much about NIP-42!!!!

we don't have to beat fartcaster or threads or any of those other things, discord, reddit, etc... we just have to hold our own, like the giant rocks of this island, long enough that those flashes in the pan are already forgotten again
